Court House Girl Goes to Finals
Middle Township High School senior Ruth Ann Norbury will represent Cape May County in the twentieth Annual New Jersey Junior Miss Finals on Jan.

New Jersey’s Junior Miss for 1979 will represent New Jersey in America's Junior Miss Finals in Mobile, Alabama, in April, to be televised on CBS
for Girls’ National. Outside of school she is active as a candy striper, and a summer Bible
School instructor. She also enjoys snow skiing, ice skating, needlecraft, golf, swimming, working with children and
learning to fly.
Ruth Ann and nineteen other outstanding high school senior girls will spend a week in Camden County attending various tours, luncheons, and rehersals. A welcome banquet

The Stone Harbor-Avalon Branch of the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital Auxiliary will hold a covered dish luncheon Thursday, Jan. 11th at 12 noon in the Avalon Room of the Borough Hall, 32nd Street and Dune Drive, according to Mrs. Rahcel Sloan, President.
