County 4-H Leaders Feted
The Annual Cape May County 4 f H Leaders Recognition Dinner was held on Friday evening. March 16 at the Elks Club in North Wildwood. This is an annual function where leaders are brought together to be recognized and honored for the wonderful work that they do as 4 H leaders in Cape May County. Each leader is presented with a certificate of service for each year plus a pin for eachyear divisible by 5. Mrs. Louis Hear on of Villas, dean Of 4-H leaders, was awarded a 31 /ear certificate. Mary Ellen Dickinson leader of the Trailblazers 4-H Club was. awarded a 26 year certificate for runner-up to dean. Certificates and pins ranged on down from there to I year service, certificates and pins were presented by 4-H Agents Mel Lockwood and by Jean Jesuncosky. l^ie conlmitt^e of leaders who set the. dinner up were Hearon, Mrs. Dorothy Wimley of Goshen. Mrs. Marge Parker of Goshen and 4-H Leader Association President Margo Nicholas of Cape May Court House. The Committee for the performing arts of the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts holds the second concert of the winter concert series, April J, 4 p.m. The soloist will be the Angelas Chorus of Wildwood, under the direction of Gladys Launello. The concert will be held at the Episcopal Church of the Advent, Franklin
and Washington sts.
The program will be lenten sacred music. The soloists are Ellen Musumeci, soprano, Dolly Neilson, Mezzo-Soprano; and Dr. Theodore Johnson, Baritone with
Mary Griffith, organist.
