Faith Fellowship
The first Sunday in April will see Rev. Otto Underwood as guest speaker at Faith Fellowship Chapel, Rt. 9, Cape May Court House. The retired minister will speak at our morning and evening services. Monday — Pioneer Girls for Junior Hi will meet at 7 p.m. There will be an Interchurch skating party at Sea-Vea Skating Rink in Ocean City at 7 p.m.,

Calvary Church Elder Jon Stevenson will preach during the 11 a.m. worship service at Calvary Orthodox Presbyterian Church. 119 E. Rio Grande Ave., Wildwood. Sunday School begins at 9:45 a.m. There are Bible-centered study classes for all age groups from pre-schooler through adult. A nursery is provided for infants during the Sunday School and the 11 a.m. worship service. The evening worship service begins at 7 p.m. This is a more informal time of worship. Mr. Stevenson who is Director of the Boardwalk Chapel will show a slide presentation concerning the work of the Chapel. A prayer service and Bible study is held at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday of each week. Holy Spirit Lutheran Holy Spirit Lutheran Church. Bayshore Rd. & Washington Ave., Villas. N.J. On Sunday. April 1. Sunday Church School will meet at 9:30 a.m. with classes for all ages. The Service of Worship will begin at 11 a m. with Pastor C. Conway Stone officiating. The sermon is entitled “The Last Turn." White Plains. N.Y. will lead a form and discussion of the 1978 Lutheran Statement ‘Aging and the Older Adult.’ Pastor Shumacher is a member of the Commission on Aging. This discussion is open to all members of the community and is being sponsored by the Tri-Lutheran Fellowship. A free will offering will be received. On Monday. April 2. the Lutheran Church Women will meet at 7:30 p.m. The program will be presented by Helen Preston and is entitled ‘I Believe.’ Light refreshment will v follow the business meeting. On Tuesday. April 3. the Sewing Group and Workshop will meet at 10:30a.m. On Wednesday. April 4. the Lenten Service will begin at 7:30 p.m The sermon is entitled "Covenant and Conversation." On Friday. Our Saviour Lutheran Church The Angel us Chorus, under the direction of Gladys Lauriello, will present a "Music By Candlelite" program in Our Saviour Lutheran Church, Stone Harbor on Sunday, April 8 at 7:30 P.M. Hie program will include a lenten cantata, "Penitence, Peace and Pardon" by Maunder and selections from Stainer’s "Crucifixion." Soloists include, Mr. William Gross, Dr. Theodore Johnson, Mrs. Dolly Neilson, and Mrs. Ellen Musumeci. Accompanist is Mrs. Mary Griffith. A free-will offering will be taken and refreshments will be served in the parish hall following the program by the choir of Our Saviour Lntheran Church. /
