Thrift Shop Opens RIO GRANDE - The Cape May County Unit, New Jersey Association for retarded citizens is now operating a year-round thriftshop in Rio Grande Center jocated at Sixth and Maryland Ave.. behind Shop-Rite. Shop hours are 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. MondayFriday. starting May 4th and 7 to 9 Friday night. The shop handles white elephant items, household goods and used children’s and adult clothing.
