The Cape May County Library has received the first of 10 shipments of Captain Kangaroo picture pages. During the week of April 23. the library will distribute- the weekly issues free of charge on a first come, first serve

basis.

Picture Pages, developed by the Captain Kangaroo television series, is designed to encourage parents to work with their preschool children. The weekly issues are coordinated with segments of the Captain Kangeroo program "shown eath week day Corning at A M. on

The library will distrnuite 250 copies of the weekly issue. They will be available at the Mair. Library, the Bookmobile, and at the Avalon Sea Isle and Stone Harbor Branches. They will also be available at the Cape May City Public Library and the Wildwood Crest Public Library. Memorial Pitrade Planned CAPE MAY - The American Legion and VFW have established a committee to organize the 1979 Cape May Memorial Day Observance on May 28. A parade will start on West Perry St. and terminate at Convention Hall for the usual ceremonies. The distribution program will run for aperiod of 10 weeks from April 23 until

June 25.
