Philip Matalucci. recently attended a GOP meeting in Washington. D.C. The luncheon meeting was attended by National GOP Chairman Bill Brock. State Chairman David F. Norcross. State Vice Chairwoman Ann D. Flynn (of Monmouth County). Senate Minority Leader Howard H. Baker. House Minority Leader John J. Rhodes. New Jersey Congress people Forsythe, Rinaldo. Fenwick, Hollenbeck and Courter. a majority of the New Jersey Republican County Chairmen and Neil Romano. Aid to the County Chairmen’s Association. "A great deal of our meeting focused on 'the importance of the upcoming Assembly races here in New Jersey." Matalucci said. "We have commitments of various forms of help from Washington, everything from professional consulting to direct financial aid. New Jersey is a priority of the Republican National Committee this year because they feel very optimistic that we can take control of the Assembly in the upcoming elections."
