Parish Council Sessions CAMDEN - Area sessions of pastors and parish council officers will be held at various locations in the Camden Diocese beginning Monday. May 14 at Our Lady of Good Counsel parish. Ocean City, at 7:30 p.m. for the Cape May County parishes. In commenting on the sessions. Bishop George H. Guilfoylesaid: ’The parish council should be a major force in the perish mission of renewing the faith life of practicing Catholics and reaching out to disaffiliated Catholics and the unchurched. I ask that each parish be represented in these sessions where the focus will be on sharing experiences and directions of individual councils. This phase of the parish council development program is very important to the growth of truly apostolic councils.”
