OCEAN CITY - The 1979 Miss Cape May County Scholarship Pageant will be held July 21 at the Ocean City Music Pier and applications are now being accepted from interested

contestants.

More than $1,500 in scholarship money will be awarded in the pageant including $600 to the winner who will represent the county in next year's Miss New Jersey Scholarship Pageant. The winner will be crowned by the reigning Miss Cape May County. Debbie Dickinson of Cold Spring. To qualify for the pageant, contestants must be between ghe ages of 1626 by Labor Day 1979 and

must never have been married. Another requirement is that each contestant’s family own property in the county. However, girls who go to school or have lived or worked in the county for the past six months are also eligible to enter tH
