Singers, Magic at Park Cape Antiquing Guide

COURT HOUSE - A variety of entertainment is offered this week at the Cape May Cbunty Park, and the Sunday afternoon performance will be more than just a "Concert in the Park." The program begins at 2 p.m. Sunday June 24 with the Singing Ambassadors of Vineland. A nonprofit organization comprised of sixty-five mixed voices, the Singing Ambassadors is sponsored by the City of Vineland Recreation Commission. The Ambassadors have performed extensively throughout the Eastern Seaboard,, including the Washington Cherry Blossom Festival, the Philadelphia Flower Show, New York World’s Fair and the Montreal Expo, and locally at the Ocean City Mdsic Pier. Atlantic City, and the Cape May Convention Hall. The Chorus has made numerous appearances on the Larry Ferrari TV show in Philadelphia, and in concert with Mr. Ferrari', and has had the rare priviledge of singing the Mass in the magnificent St. Joseph's Oratory in Montreal. Following the Singing Ambassadors to the stage of the Cape May County Park Showmobile will be Shannon & Company Magic. A marvelous show that will delight even the most cynical youngster. Shannon & Company Magic will perform at 3 p.m. Sunday. Both performances will be free of charge, as is admission to the park and parking on the park grounds.

COURT HOUSE - "Antiquing" has been popular in Cape May County. New Jersey for a number of years. Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Myers and Mr. and Mrs Thomas Carroll, of Cape May have compiled a guide to antique shops in the county, listing the location of each shop, its specialties, and descriptions of some items.
