NASSAU HERE SHE COMES. Alice Lange, of Rio Grande had her ticket chosen from among hundreds in the box for a trip to Nassau for the benefit of the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital Auxiliary. Shown at the drawing held Saturday is from left, Mrs. Helen Westcott, chairmain of Hospital Week, Gloria Conroy. County President of the Auxiliary, Kathryn Burichka, Lower-Township Branch President and Ruth Wehe, Middle Township Branch President. Over $10,000 was raised for the benefit of the Hospital in the week of July 8-14; Ms. Lange will spend seven days and eight nights in Nassau, as the grand prize for Hospital Week.
