Canje Baby Parade CAPE MAY - The Cape May Department of Public Relations and Recreation will end the anticipation of many youngsters and adults when they begin their 47th Annual Baby Parade at 2 p.m. Friday, August 3. Formation of all participants will start at 1 p.m. at First, Second and Broadway Avenues facing. Beach Drive. The floats, tricycles, baby carriages, pageant queens, twirling groups, marching bands, vfire trucks and city offidials will proceed down Beach Drive from Broadway to the judges stand in front of Convention Hall.
