Crowd Attends Cape Baby Parade

this point, the judging team of Claudia Pagano. Bud Cohen and John Veldhoven selected the three place winner in each of the six catagories from the stiffest competition in years. First, second and third place trophies were awarded to the best in each of the catagories: Decorated Baby Carriages, Decorated Tricycles, floats, novelty, comic and the colorful fancy dress. The lovely tandem of Mary Matthews, 1979 Miss Cape May County and Angel Hayes, Cape May’s 47th Annual Queen Maysea assisted Mr. Bud Cohen in the awards presentation outside Convention Hall.

Roadwork Bids Sought

TRENTON - The N.J. Department of Transportation will receive bids August 16 for the reconstruction of Burleigh-Dias Creek Rd. in Middle^ Township. Work includes repaving ( and landscaping. The 3.2 mile project is funded 76 percent by the Federal Government and 30 percent
