Cape Treaaure Hunt

CAPE MAY - The City of Cape May is preparing in earnest for Captain "Jimmy” Kidd’s annual summer visit to the sands of "Historic Cape May”. It’s been Confirmed that he set sail a fortnight ago and is due to arrive as scheduled Sunday, August 19 at precisely l p.m. on the front steps of Cape May Convention Hall to begin the 16th Annual Captain Kidd Treasure Hunt. All youngsters 12 and under should be at Convention Hall at 1 p.m. on the 19 to receive pirate hats and banks .before journeying down Beach Drive to the site of the buried treasure valued at over 1300. The courageous Captain Kidd dares all young lads and lassies to follow him on his bountiful hunt. You may even be fortunate enough to unearth one of two chests redeemable for a brand new bicycle.
