COURT HOUSE - At a regular meeting in May, 1979 the Middle Township Board of Education decided to revise the use of school buildings in the District. Use by the District of the five rooms in the Annex buioding of Elementary No. 1 is discontinued, thereby reducing operating costs considerably. Redistribution of class sections results in there now being at: Elementary School No. 1: 3 Kindergartens a.m. and p.m. each; 5 - 1st grades; 4 - 2nd grades; 4 - 3rd grades. Rio Grande School - 1 Kindergarten - a.m. and p.m.; 1 - 1st grade; 2 - 2nd grades; 2-3rdgrades. To the extent that it is feasible children who begin Kindergarten at Rio Grande School will continue there through Grade 3 and go directly to Grade 4 in Elementary School No.
3.
To equalize enrollment between the Rio Grande School and Elementary No. 1 it is necessary this year to re-assign some pupils. Parents of these children will be notified by mail.
Assignments will appear also when class lists are
posted.
Parents who have children to attend Middle Township schools in September for the first -time are urged to enroll them immediately
