Cape Bird Walk CAPE MAY - On Saturday, August 25, Peter Dunne, Director of the Ca* May Bird Observatory will lead a Bird Walk for the Cape May Geographic Society’s members and the general public. Dunne has won fame as a bird watcher who seems to have the ability to attract the birds right out of the bushes and trees so that they can be observed. As late August is the beginning of the fall migration for which Cape May County I is justly noted, jjt is expected that this will be a rewarding walk. Dunne is also the South Jersey representative of the New Jersey Audubon Society. Those who wish- to accompany him may meet at 9:30 a m. at the Cape may Elementary School on Lafayette Street.

RECRUITS ON THE RUN. One of the most .important aspects of the recruit’s physical fitness training program is running. As their muscles are gradually strengthened from the daily mile and a half, the entire cardiovascular system is strengthened also.
