Maris Stella Registration AVALON - Maris Stella Church in Avalon is holding a meeting for all parish parents of children in grades l thru 8 to register them for C.C.D. (Confraternity of Christian Doctrine) classes, Sunday, September 16 at 7 p.m. in the Auditorium. Baptismal certificates are required for all children not baptized in Maris Stella. Classes are scheduled to start Wednesday. September 19. from 3:30 to4:30p.m. in the Avalon Elementary School. Help for the program is still needed in many areas such as. teacher sides, "phone visitors”, secretarial, etc. If you can help in any way, please attend the meeting on September 16 or call the rectory.

AVALON - The Sea Lions will sponsor a Pancake Breakfast Saturday. September 15 from 7 a m. to 2 p.m. at Uncle Bill’s Pancake House. 3189 Dune Drive. Avalon.
