American .Legion Install Officers CAPE MAY - CapevMay County American Legion will officially- kick-off the 1980 year with lm installation dinner at\the Chief’s Club, U.S. Cdast Guard Base, Cape May on Saturday evening, September 29. Guests of honor at the affair will be Commander and Mrs. Lawrence Lu ter man of Longport, N.J. Commander Luterman was recently installed as Commander of the Department of New Jersey at the State Convention in Wildwood. Dept. Vice Commander Howard Cole will install the following new officers: Commander Edward Delinski, Senior Vice Commander John Wickert, Junior Vice Commander Janet Ramsey, Adjutant Ted Behr, Finance Officer Stanley Elliott, Chaplain Bud D'Agostino, Service Officer Carlyle Dennis, Judge Advocate Stanley Elliott and Sergeant at yyrms Lester Dilts.
