Health Agency Gets United Way Grant RIO GRANDE-The Jersey Cape Diagnostic, Training and Opportunity I Center recently received $820 as the final payment of Cape May County's 1979 United Way fund raising effort. In its first year of fund raising for the Jersey Cape Center, thd United Way made total payments of $5,200. * United Way President, FYed Coldren, also delivered an $333 check as the initial payment for the 1960 campaign. Coldren stated that the 1980 campaign goal set for the Jersey Cape Diagnostic, Training and Opportunity Center is $10,000. The United Way is currently raising funds for twelve county agencies and has set an overall goal of $100,000 for 1980. New Rules For Rec Boaters WASHINGTON, DC - The U.S. Coast Guard regulations, effective Jan. 1. 1981, will require operators of recreational boats 16 feet or over to have visual distress signals on board when traveling on U.S. coastal waters or the Great Lakes. Visual distress signals also will be required aboard boats carrying six or more passengers for hire and, at night, on boats less than 16-foot length
