The American Legion of New 'Jersey is one of the sponsors of this telethon and depends on the individual posts to raise money for the Arthritis Foundation. Last year the Dancers Two studio raised $2,500 for the American Legion Post which was the largest amount raised by any Legion Post in New Jersey This ypar the dancing school students hope to better that amount .and are seeking as many contributions as possible from residents. Last year a delegation from the Legion Post made the trip to the big apple and presented the check on television This year they arc lookiqg forward to another appearance on TV. Stephen Mixner and Glenn Townley The chief reported that the company responded to 50 fire calls, three false alarms and had 26 drills. The company protected $849,509 worth of property.
