Stockton Grads Cited SMITHVILLE - Thir teen Jersey Cape young adults were among 165 Stockton State College graduates honored at a mid year commencement luncheon recently at the Quail Inn here. More Authority Eyed For CPAs TRENTON - The State Senate has approved a bill which would extend to Certified Public Accountants the power to take affidavits and to administer oaths The bill was introduced by Senator James Cafiero at the request of various CPAs and receives bipartisan support when it cleared the upper house "An extension of this power and authority to CPAs will serve the interests and convenience of their clients in particular and the public in general," Cafiero said in moving the bill.
