Open House Monday ERMA — The Cape May County Squadron Civil Air Patrol will hold an open house April 14 at the County Airport herd, CAP needs new mem hers both senior and cadets. Boys and girls may become cadet* in CAP after they have completed sixth grade or become 13-years old. Senior membership starts at 18 years old. CAP develops youth interested in aerospace. Activities include first aid and survival training, radio communications and actual flights. One of the most sought after of all the cadet activities is the CAP’S In v ternational Air Cadet Exchange Program which involves a three-week trip to one of more than 20 foreign countries.

POMONA - The Stockion State College- Women’s Union lr<sponsoring a conference. Dtalegue IV: Women in Sonlh Jersey, on Saturday, April 19 in the college’s G-wing facilities. Fifteen workshops on a variety of topics, including "Men Against Sexism". "Child Birth," "White Women’s Racism." and "Assertiveness Training" will be offered in three different sessions Professionals from the South Jersey area will be
conducting each topic.
In addition to the workshops Flo Kennedy, author and black feminist, will speak on the topic of her new book. "Pathology of Oppression,” in the late afternoon. After the dinner break, singer pianist Linda Tillery will present a solo concert in the A-Wing
lecture hall.

Military Scholarship Available WASHINGTON - U S. Senators ^Harrison A. Williams. Jr. (D-NJ) and Bill Bradley (D-NJ) have announced that young men and women interested in seeking nominations to the U.S. Naval, Air Fotte. Merchant Marine and Military Academies should apply no later than Oct. 27. 1980 for the class entering
in July 1981.
Candidates must be citizens of the United States, legal residents of the stale of New Jersey, unmarried and have no children, and he at least 17 years of age but not past their 22nd birthday on July 1 of the year of admission. All applicants must take the SAT or ACT exams. The SAT administered on Nov. 1, 1980 is the last SAT which can be taken if results are to be received prior to the selection of nominees for the academies. SATs may be taken more than once and the highest scores will be
used.
Both Senators will base their selections on SAT or ACT scores, class rank, grade point average, school records, extracurricular activities, leadership potential, motivation and recommendations. Young people seeking nominations should write to their U.S. Senators and their Congressman. Dinner Set VILLAS — All are welcome to the full-course dinner at the Democrat Gub. Bayshorc Rd. and Washington Ave., 2 till 6 p.m. April 20. There will be a choice of baked ham or half a chicken.
