Abuse Ctr. Open House COURT HOUSE - There will be an open house for the Cape May County Abuse Center outpost, 11 a m. to 2 p.m April 10 at the Juvenile Detention Center in the Crest Haven Complex. The Abuse Center Outpost is a satellite office providing services • to victims of rape and domestic abuse. Counseling, information, referral, housing assistance and emergency transportation are offered. There is also a 24-hour hotline. 522-6489.
