Last year senior Dan Hicks walked away with the indisputable title of best singles player in the Cape Atlantic League, Dan achieved the incredible feat of not only going undefeated in CapeAUantic League match play, but also never allowit^ an opponent to win a single set
victory.
Dan is presently a freshman at the U S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kim» Point, N.Y. where he is pursuing his tennis on the. academy team. This season, Dan’s younger brother Orton, is a freshman at Middle Township High School. Orton is 15 and gained the
number one singles spot on the Panther team coached by John Williams. In seven matches this year, Orton is .undefeated and has yet to
lose a single set.
