Fox for Kemp-style Tax Cuts

Republican congressional candidate Beech Foot marked Tax Observance Day” on April 15 by announcing he was supporting two bills for tax cuts sponsored by Rep. Jack Kemp (R-N.Y.) The first bill calls for an offtaiaPlimit on federal government spending as a percentage of the gross national product. The second would order a reduction in individual income tax rates of 10 percent a year for three

years.

Emphasizing the need for careful budget cuts before* tax rates can be reduced Mr. Fox asserted. Hospital Week Poster Contest • COURT HOUSE - National Hospital Week is May 11-17, and Burdette Tomlih Hospital is sponsoring a poster contest for seventh and eighth grade
