Even though you can’t coax a word out of him now, youU still enjoy the phone call. And you’ll keep enjoying it long after you hang up. So will grandma and grandpa. Which prompts us to ask: Why not call your fiamily and friends more often?
Making a long distance phone call is an easy, inexpensive way to brighten up your day. And if you call at night or on weekends, it’s even less expensive. So why not make that call? Who knows, you may find it’s hard to stop talking.

The construction *of the new housing units on Pennsylvania Ave., is a highly visible example of the large building program that is presently being undertaken by the Coast Guard in the Cape May area. While other aspects of this building program may not be quite as visible, they are nevertheless just as vital to providing comfort and meeting the needs of the Coast Guard community. The Permanent Party Barracks, which house enlisted personnel of all rates, have just undergone a total rehabilitation, costing $750,000. Although the exterior of the buildings' have remained essentially the same, except for new paint, the inside has been completely reconstructed and renovated. The end result has been larger, more comfortable 3 uarters, with a greater egree of privacy for those enlisted personnel who make this their homes The barracks are now finished and ready for occigMncy. The Firehouse is undergoing a similar renovation project. It was a bo totally gutted inside and will be refitted to make better use of the space. This $300,000 project is scheduled for completion in 1981. 4 But perhaps the single most-awaited project is the construction of the new chapel. New chapel facilities have been in the dreams of many over the past few years and those dreams are soon to become a reality. The building design has already been approved and the bids are now out, with ground breaking expected by late summer. The new chapel will be located just inside the main gate, on the ocean side of the street, across from the dispensary. The architect’s blueprints show the biriknng to be aesthetic as well as functional, with one wall containing stained glass. An architect's model of the new building is presently on display in the old chapel. Completion b expected within a year of ground breaking.
