Campground Action Due By Board W CAPE MAY - There will be a special meeting of the local Planning Board, 7 p.m. June 2 In borough hall to approve the proposed new zoning ordinance which includes a controversial provision to allow campgrounds In the residential R-3 district. Borough solicitor George James has advised the mayor of the need for the Planning Board to act on several provisions in the proposed ordinance Including the campground proposal because the board hadn’t approved campgrounds in the past. ••FOLLOWING receipt of the resolution (approving the proposed ordinance] from the Planning Board, the (borough) Commissionerev should reintroduce the ordinance as presently written," Mr. James advised Mayor Jack

Prise Winning Essayists Of Regional District ERMA - Patricia Gallagher, an eighth grade student at Teitelman School, and Jeanette Rea. a ninth grader at Lower Cape. May High School, were winners of 175 savings bonds and plaques as the top essayists in a contest sponsored by the Sons of Italy, Lowet Cape Michelangelo Lodge. Theme of the writing was Michelangelo’s Impact on Today's World, with essays being submitted by students in both schools. Nick Raspa, president of the society, presented the

awards.
