Management Of City Grant Update Aim ' SEA ISLE CITY - This city'has received a federal grant to develop and implement an affirmative action plan, update job description. and classification system, a current organization chart, employee performance evaluation system, and an employee handbook. City officials, including City Clerk Verna Lyqch and department heads, will provide personal matching time to work with members of a Technical Assistance Team from the Division of Personnel Services in the New Jersey Department of Civil Service to complete the projects. There will be no cash outlay for the city other than for final printing of the handbook and employee manual.
