CA'PE MAY - Richard Beatty, president of the New Jersey Chapter of Certified Real Estate Brokerage Managers, recently presented plaques to Ann Goldsmith and J. Ricahrd Ogen of Tolz Refiltors here. Ms. Goldsmith’s plaque was for her achievement of the designation CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) awarded by the Realtors National Marketing Institute to Realtor-Associates. Mr. Ogen’s plaque represented his achievement of the designation CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) awarded by the Realtors National Marketing Institute to Realtors who are Broker Owners or BrokerManagers of Real Estate offices. Goshen Coed Award Winner MONTCLAIR - A Middle Township High School student was the only Jersey Cape resident to be honored by the Berkeley Schools, which each year cites outstanding high school business students from throughout the Garden State. Deborah Becker of Goshen, was a recipient of a plaque, presented during a recent gathering of students, parents and educators # at Monclair State College Memorial Auditorium which featured an address by State Sen. Matthew Feldman.
