Seniors Set Picnics In the Park

She detailed, the borough's plans for beautifying 12 more flower islands on Second Ave. and the installation of automatic sprinklers on each island. This, she noted, will mean all the islands from 87th to 105th Sts. will have been planted with special flower beds.
