Borough officials will see that water pipes are run to each island as the various areas are being torn up for repairs to the sewage and water lines. It is hoped that the groups that donate the landscaping of an island will see that they are kept

RIO GRANDE - A real old-fashioned Bluegrass Minio Festival has been announced for Friday and Saturday, June SOqndSI at the Wildwood-Canadian Campground. Four-tenths of a mile south of the intersection of Rte. 47 on Rt. 9 here. This first musical event sponsored by the Cape May County Civil Air Patrol will feature Bob Paisley and the Southern Grass and area entertainer Jay Holbrook of Villas. There will also be amateur competition on both days with the finals June 21. THE FESTIVAL Will run 10 to 10 both days. Prizes will be awarded in the amateur competition. Proceeds from the two-day musical event will go to benefit the CAP. Registration for the amateur competition irlust be completed in advance of the program. Registration is $5 for a single entertainer; $10 for trios and
