Armacost Memorial Fund Rev. Rathmell

AVAU)N — The Finance and the Selection committees have met and established the Marion P Armacnat Memorial Fund in create a living memorial for the late wife of Mayor Kllswnrth Armacost Mrs. Thomas Marvel, who ' chairs the Site Selection 0»mmittee. -has announced that the commlNee, and Mrs Armacost's family would like Borough Council to rename the 74th Street Community Park the Marion P Armacost Memorial Park • We are now going to obtain estimates on placing a drinking fountain in a designated area of the park The base of the fountain will be of stone and .will either have a plaque or he etched with an iMncription." she said. Sets Services RIO GRANDE - Pastor Guy L. Rathmell, will preach on "A Murdering Society' during the 11 a m. worship service Sunday at Grace Gospel Chnpel. Appeal

A total exceeding $1.25 million was achieved in the Parish Phase of the Appeal by June 9. The annual giving supports humanitarian and social service programs throughout the diocese, with particular emphasis on assistance to the disadvantaged, the physically and mentally handicapped, and the aged.
