Thursday, July 17 there'll be a beautiful evening parade at sunset at the Coast Guard Training Center, Cape May. Follow the signs to the base from Pennsylvania Ave. The parade features recruits performing drills aa the sun sets over the harbor. ZABERER’S TAKES YOU OUT OF THIS WORLD DURING A DINNER OUT. Where else but at Zaberer's (located off exit 6 of the Garden State Pkwy) will you find a setting out of a Hollywood movie. The atmosphere is lavish and engrossing, decorated with antiques, theatre posters, and Tiffany lamps. The food is abundantly served, including roast prime ribs of beef, seafood, and specialty dishes. The salad is made from^lwaysfresh vegetables and the rolls and desserts are homemade. CHEF NACHTIGALL'S Unique Eating and Drinking Establishment in the Bay view Dining Room at Shelter Haven can be rated without a doubt as one of the finest restaurants In the entire South Jersey area. The food and drinks are excellent and the decor is utterly fascinating. There are old-time photographs, Navy posters, catalog pages, antique whatnots and nautical gear on the walls and sideboards. Rum kegs become service tobies and there's a dock with seagulls that look as though they're going to take off any second (thank goodness they don’t). The dining tables are polished butcher block with copper Moroccan service plates and yard squares red cloth napkins in place. And of course there's the lovely view of the Stone Harbor Boy. CHEF NACHTIGALL prepares the perfect veal oskar and one of our dining group never fails to take advantage of it. Another favors the filet mignon, which is topped with giant, tender mushroom caps and broiled to the proper rarity. We gals love fish, and the other evening my friend selected the stuHed broiled flounder and I the rainbow trout, which was exquisitely seasoned and covered with slivered almonds. There are also daily chef's specials, such as the Schooner and Steak & Tails.

CHEF NACHTIGALL'S salad and relish bar is beautiful. His Caesar salad was so delicious we all went back for more. I’ve had Caesar salad that I would rather forget, but this was really great. Also there are little warm loaves of marble bread placed on each table (and you may have seconds if you wish). If you still have room after all this, try a piece of luscious cheesecake or one of those elegant parfalts! WHATEVER more I could write, it would all be good. Find out for yourself. Cast Named for ‘Death’ Comedy CAPE MAY - E.M.S. Productions has announced the cast for Bill Sterritt’s newest comedy, 'Til Death Do Us.’ which opens August 5 in city hall here. The female lead will be portrayed by Lee Layton, last seen as Suzy in the Cape May Community Theatre's presentation of ‘Hot L Baltimore*. The male lead will be played by Bruce Castor, of
