Fox Joitis in Effort To Block Act

COURT HOUSE - Republican Congressional candidate Btech Fox is work tTfc-'with the GOP Legislative delegation in the Cape May-Cumberland district to battle the Dunes and Shorefront Protection Act. Assembly Minority Leader James Hurley of Millville will petition Democrat Assemblyman Robert Hollenbeck of Bergen County, the bill’s author, to withdraw the measure that he has introduced. Fox said. SHOULD Hollenbeck persist in backing the bill, according to Mr. Hurley will ask the State Energy and Natural : Resources Committee to hold public hearings on the measure in other than beachfront
