hunting seasons
The division has made, the list available now to give hunters the opportunity to plan and arrange vacations and
hunting trips.
THE PRINTED summary of the hunting laws will be available at license agencies during September. ^ The seasons are about the same as last year, allowing' for calendar accommodations for Saturday openings etc. THE MOST notable change is the initiation of a special permit spring
season for wild turkey gobblers during three
weeks in May 1981.
The fall bow season for deer runs a week longer
than last year.
The smallgame season
opens a week later.
The division reminded hunters to consult the summary of hunting laws for confirmation and further detail! before
actually going afield.
