Baby Parade Winners: CAPE MAY - For the Parade Queen

48th. consecutive year the baby parade marched smartly up Beach Dr. from Broadway to Convention Hall. This time around, 75 parade entries participated'

in seven divisions.

Grand Marshal Carlyle Dennis and his assistant parade marshals James Coen and Brendan Rosenberg led the procession past more than 1,500 onlookers strung out

along the promenade.

Prior to the start of the parade the three judges — Claudia Pagano, Bud Cohen and John Veldhoven — had chosen the three top place winners in each

division.

Adding some beauty to the parade and the subsequent awards presentation were 1900 Cape May County Junior Miss Terri Lynn Swain, 1981/’ Miss Cape May County/ Mary Beth Mangold and West Cape May Christmas
