CAMDEN - Children attending Catholic schools in the six-county Diocese of Camden, which inclines Cape May County, are performing well above average, according to diocesan school superintendent Msgr. James R.
Tracy.
Results of the Iowa Test of Baste Skills, taken recently by pupils throughout the diocese, showed they performed “significantly and consistently higher in the areas of reading, spelling and mathematics,” the superintendent said. "On a diocesan-wide basis, the children in the system are performing .about 20 percent above

At St. Joseph’s SEA ISLE CITY - Pastor John C. Killeen has announced a new schedule of Masses and Confessions at St. Joseph’s Church. Effective this weekend, Masses in the church auditorium will be 5 and 7 p.m. Saturdays, and hourly on the hour 8 a.m. thru
noon Sundays.
Weekday Masses in the church are 7:15 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday, and 8 am. Saturday. Confessions are 7 to 7:30 p.m. Friday and after the 8 a.m. Mass and 11 a.m. to
noon Saturday.
