Both college-trained in education, Mr. Otto having a Master In Education degree from the University of Guam and Mrs. Otto having a Bach?'or of Arts degree from Windham College in Vermont. The Ottos are longtime campers and experienced in campground management. Jay completed training in a leading campground management school and then managed four large campgrounds for a major campground chain. Retires After 32 Years With

I Beginning I his governI ment service 1 with a six- • l year hitch in I the Navy as a HEDGE member of the North Atlantic Patrol in Okinawa during World War II, Mr. Hedge started at TRACEN in 1964 when he was assigned to maintain the 50 units of g-<vemmenf housing. In 1960 he was transferred to trouble-shooting throughout the center, particularly in air conditioning and refrigeration.
