STONE HARBOR - The Stone Harbor Lions Club held its annual Kids’ Fishing Tournament Sept. 13 at the Municipal Dock, 80th Street and the Bay. Fifteen children participated in the event with prizes awarded for the largest, smallest and most unusual fish. THE WINNERS of the 1980 tournament were Jim Minumecl, a fourth grade student at the Stone Harbor Elementary School who caught the biggest fish, which was a sand shark; Asher Girgin, a kindergarten student at the school who caught the Avalon High* AVALON - High scorers of the week in Avalon Recreational Bridge play • were Bert Hall 5,560, Marian Zuch 5,220 and Minnie Dr not 4.690.
