COURT HOUSE - County Library will present a Christmas Arts and Crafts program beginning Oct. 15. \ The program will rui\ for four consecutive weeks, meeting at 4 p.m. Wed-

nesdays in the public meeting room. The meetings will be led by Mrs. Dot Klecz, an expert in many handicrafts including needlepoint, string art, decorations, sewing

and macrame.

Teacher Remembered The late Joseph Mango — considered by his peers one of the most scholastically effective teachers, and by his students one of the most popular - |s being remembered. The Joseph .Mangcj. Scholarship Award has been established in memory of the foreign language instructor who taught from 1957 to 1965 at Wildwood High School, and at Lower Cape May Regional from 1966 to 1978. A CASH AWARD WILL BE awarded a graduating senior from Wildwood High and from Lower Cape May Regional who is an outstanding scholastic achiever in foreign language. . The award recipient will be chosen by the head of the foreign language department in each school. Funds are being raised by donations from friends, former students and parents who knew Mr. Mango.
