COLD SPRINGS - This summer highlighted various performances for the 90-member troupe of singers and dancers of the ••Mini Company 1980"from the Joanne Reagan Dance Studioa. The Mini Company was the featured attraction during the weekly “Boardwalk Revue" at the Cape Mav Convention Hall, where they presented a forty minute revue of song and dance entertainment every Tuesday evening. The company was also billed at other area sum-
mer events in Stone Harbor, Ocean City, Wildwood and Avalon. THE MINI COMPANY hosted the South Jersey Dance Company from Glassboro State College on Aug. 28 at Convention Hall in Cape May. Several Mini Company members were featured in the prelude of that program. The Mini Company concluded its bpsy summer session this past weekend at the Imperial 500 Motel in Wildwood where they did various performances for vacationing senior citteens.
Skate Parties To Continue
AVALON - During the month of October, the borough will continue with its skating parties every other Wednesday evening, Oct. 8 and 22, announced Recreation Director Dave Haberle. The only charge is for skate rental.
The recreation department will sponsor the annual Halloween party for youngsters from 7 to 9 p.m. Oct. 30 a t the Community Hall. There will be fun and prizes for the youngsters with awards ♦ for winners in the various costume divisions and refreshefnentsforall. THE FOLLOWING evening, Oct. 31, there will be a Halloween dance for the teenagers, 7th grade through seniors in high school. The dance will begin at 8:30 p.m. and continue until ll p.m. The Annual Harvest Ball will take place at the Community Hall from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. featuring the Cliff Kollmier Orchestra.
Secretaries' Day In Court CAPE MAY - The County Chapter of the Legal Secretaries Association will have its annual Day in Court Thursday, Oct 16. Judge P. Martin Way of the Wildwood Crest Municipal Court will host the secretaries at the session beginning 7:30p.m. THE ANNUAL observance has been sponsored by the national association of legal secretaries since 1956. It is intended to give legal secretaries, students, legal assistants and the general public a chance to visit local courts and observe trials in progress.

Octoberfest Set To Aid Hospital AVALON - The Twig Branch of the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital will hold its second annual Octoberfest, featuring a German buffet, Oct. 17 at the Rock ’ n Chair Tavern here. There will be a live band and prizes, and all proceeds will go to the hospital.
