Birthday cards are in order for popular Crest colonist Horace Stradley who is 95 and at the Lutheran Home in Ocean View. Something akin to genius, he was treasurer of the Delaware River Port Authority for 17 years. Before moving to the Crest, he lived at A.C.’s Marlborough-Blenheim. But like so many senior cititens. he got the bum's rush when the tasinos moved into town.
