Robert Smetaer of S. Cold Spring was named chairman of the Lower Township Zoning Board of Adjustment during the
group’s reorganizntion meeting last Tuesday night in township hall, Villas. He succeeds Clifford Kendall of Erma, who did not seek to remain as chairman and who agreed I to assume the vice Ich airmanship
I formerly held by
Smellier Smeltzer. Their
selections were unanimous.
Mr. Smellier, who*hedds the Cape May City Public ‘'Relations and Recreation Dept., is president of the Cape rffay County Chamber of Commerce and former president of the Cape May Kiwanis Club. He is currently also serving on the state grand jury. Meetings of the Zoning Board continue to be 7 p.m. the first Tufsday of the month (except the second Tuesday in November) in township Hall.
