• WHILE WE haven't had too many flakes (of snow) lately, one way for the younger set to make some extra money is via shoveling the white stuff. Another, which knows no season, is collecting supermarket shopping carts. Retrieving the carts from faraway places can pay 50 cents apiece or more; and we're told it lisn't unusual to find them ,in strange places. Like those that were recovered from the bottom of Sunset jl^rke by skin-divers! As to the more seasonal part-time ‘‘occupation” of 'snow-shoveler, we talked to one lad who picked up $150 shoveling snow for senior citizens (who fear nothing worse than a broken hip).
