Hearing Set On Condo
CAPE MAY-There will be a public hearing here* Feb. 10 on the proposal to build a 54-unit condominium on the site of the Windsor Hotel, which was destroyed in a spectacular blare in May 1979. The hearing will be a Coastal Area Facility Review Act (CAFRA) session and the public is invited to comment on the application. The hearing will be 11 a.m. in_ v city -hall auditorium. The Windsor Condominium is planned by developer Herbert Bamess, who was involved in the recent conversion of the nearby Seasport motel into a condominium now the 52tunit Tides, between Jackson and Decatur Sts. The Windsor property was formerly owned by a corporation headed by the Rev. Carl Mclntire.
Motel Asks Expansion
AVALON - The Zoning Board will consider an ap- . plication for Expansion of the Windrift Motel. 105 79th St., at its meeting Thursday, Feb. 5 in the meeting room at Borough Hall. The application, by Dilbet Inc., is to extend the existing building along the 79th'St. side. Formal action , is to be taken on the permit, according to Sandra A. Ridler, secretary of the board. -
