authorized a person to person transfer of the liquor license—to be consumated on the-day of sale—from Whitebrier Hotel Inc., trading as the Whitebrier
Hotel, to Millgill Inc.,
trading as the Whitebrier Beaoh*Club Inc. The hear-

COURT HOUSE - The county Chamber of Commerce has protested Gov. Byrne’s proposal to cut $100 million in state funding to local school districts. The resolutiqh of protest by the chamber board of directors also calls on the Joint Appropriations Committee and the state legislature not to cut state aid to the local school districts. IT-POINTS OUT that the proposed cuts will create a hardship on local school boards which are now preparing or have prepared their budgets for fiscal* year July 1980-June 1981 and will shift the
school tax burden to the local property owners. It also emphasizes that the state gross income tax receipts were to help ease the school tax burden, and that the property owners in the districts to be cut are paying the income tax as well.
