Fox Head Of State Sheriffs
UNION CITY - County Sheriff Beech N. Fox was sworn in as president of the New Jersey Sheriffs' Association at a dinner meeting recently here. --Fox. of Court House, was first elected in 1969 and is serving his fourth threeyear term. He succeeds Sheriff Gilbert W. Lugossy. Mercer County, who was awarded a plaque for his many efforts as president during a two-year tenure. FOX. A FORMER state trooper, presented his goals for 1981 as president of the 21-county group which also includes the Undersheriffs' in each county. He outlined a multi-
faceted program for upgrading and professionalizing the office to better serve the public by keeping pace with the changes and problems
