CAPE MAY - MVP-. Riffraff survived the stigma of being the favorite and put their experience in numerous playoff appearances to use as they countered Schramm and Hallman's Stuart Cohen with composure and offensfve depth to regain the Recreation Men’s Volleyball Championship they lost last year to
Library.
Stu Cohen ofM> & H was unstoppable throughout the playoffs and was at his very best in the finals as he literally spiked at will. CAPE MAY - Dellas Stores has beer steadily# improving with each game since John Carr took over the reins as their coach. The player’s hard work and a coach’s dedication were rewarded last week when Dellas defeated fir*tplace powerhouse Cape May Lumber 1-0 on a sizzling last period goal by Dave Zlmmermin with only 3\4 minutes remaining in their street hockey contest. THE TRONIC THING is that John Carr sponsors the powerhouse ’Lumbermen’ of which his son Kevin is a member. , And the coach's reward for helping the once downtrodden Dellas youngsters gain respectability — the cold shoulder treatment at home a day later. . * In ot|icr games Axelsson and Johnson battled to a 1-1 deadlock' and National Associates hipped the Ugly Mug 1-0. Craig Oreo and Jon Axelsson traded secondperiod goals for C-View and A A J, respectively to forge the 4-1 draw. Joey
