April 23. at the league’s galleries at . 1050 Washington St Mrs Sidney Heal will speak on antique cooking utensils She noted that collecting kitchen utensils has become one of the nation’s popular hobbies, and they are used in the decoration of many modern kitchfens.

MRS. HEAl/s collection of kitchen utenSils includes those from her childhood and the utensils she has us ] ed in her teaching career, and she has done research | on their history. The lecture series is open to everyone and the lectures will contfnue on every other Thursday night until June 18. Dates of succeeding lectures, all at 8 p.m., are May 7 and 21 and June 4 and 18
