So, income lax time has come and gone, and we re lived Lhrough il, allhough not necessarily cheaply. Weil, onto the rest of April and enjoying another springtime of our ‘Ts not too hard to understand why all those old poets loved to write about spring, about love, about wandering over hills and dales and thinking fanciful thoughts. For us, we love to go to the beach to think those fanciful thoughts NATURE IS starting to put on quite a show hereabouts, and there's lots of activity in the natural world. The bees arc very busy every hour of a sunny day when the fruit trees break into bloom. If it weren't for the work of the bees we would never see a plum, or a peach, or a pear, or acherry, or any of the fruits we enjoy so much. Do you suppose that all of our other flowers like the forsy thia and magnolias and lilacs and all the rest have their beautiful colors just to attract bees or butterflies or other insects which will carry their pollen and so cause their seeds to ripen. The answer is Yes; that's the reason, follB. We'll be seeing more and more bird arrivals during the next several weeks, and our mornings and evenings will be* filled with bird songs. Enjoy!
