of approximatedly 12,000 cubic yards of sand, silt and clay to a gradual sloping depth of 5 to 7 feet below mean low water. The dredged material would be placed on the Ocean City beach between North and 21st Sts. as part of the beach nourishment program.

Four State Bond Issues On Ballot?

TRENTON - New Jersey voters may be (acod in the November General Election with consideration yil four different bond proposals totaling 1585 million, reports the New Jersey Taxpayers The New Jersey Commission on Capital Budgeting and Planning Is now In the process of reviewing these bond proposals—a critical step in the process towards referendum. The bond issues under consideration are: $350 million to build pipelines and reservoirs to improve and increase the state's water stgiply; a $50 million hand issue for farmland preservation; and $15 million bond proposal for' .community development (projects for the state's (distressed urban cities; •and a $100 million bond profpoaal to assistn in the ;clean-up of dangerous landfill sites containing hazar dous wastes Among aspects of the bond proposals which the commission will have to resolve in making its final decision are: use of bonds

for such financing; the interest and principal cost of bond financing, greater use of pay-as-you-go financing instead of bonds; restriction of bond financing only to traditional bonding areas such as highways, sewage treatment plants and other public improvements; and adequacy of planning and project detail to support the bond proposals notes the taxpayers group. Plan Markers On Promenade SEA ISLE CITY - Jomrs and folks who like to Keep track of how far they walk each day will have the opportunity to do so this season on the Promenade. Members of the beach patrol will install markers every quarter mile along the Promenade, according to Tom McCann, beach patrol captain. The markers will be installed prior to the 1981 season.
